Its vision is to bring awareness of Jainism to the Western world, to provide facilities, resources and services to Jains and wider community.

It purpose is to develop the Jain Community, its infrastructure for the spiritual and physical needs (including a place of worship and study for all Jains), and awareness of Jainism in the wider community. It aims to establish a multifaith centre for the nine historical major faiths recognised in the UK (Baha'i, Buddhist, Christian, Hindu, Islam, Jain, Jewish, Sikh, Zoroastrian), to advance knowledge and mutual understanding of these faiths and provide community services for all. It also aims to organise educational and philanthropic activities as laid down in the Jain tradition. It represents Jain views to the government, statutory authorities, interfaith and religious education organisations.

The major project of the Jain Network is the development of the Jain Centre London and JNHA Community Interest Company
